Mrs Pauline Westgate was appointed as leader of a team of volunteer researchers based in Kirby Hall. This forms one of the means by which the Society can offer a service to members unable to visit Norfolk.

Please remember that the Norfolk Family History Society is staffed and maintained by Volunteers, who freely give their time to help others.  We ask people to be patient when contacting us.  Due to being staffed by Volunteers the Research Team are only able to attend on a part time basis, Tuesday and Wednesday - A.M.

Six separate enquiries per year can be accepted if brief relevant information is given and a precise question asked. A response is sent as soon as possible but we would ask that 28 days are allowed.
